Purchasing a program through Healthwise Medical initiates a consultation and review process by our licensed clinicians. A prescription will only be issued if clinically appropriate, as determined solely by the prescribing provider. Payment does not guarantee issuance of a prescription.

4. Prescription Medication Acknowledgment

Many products offered by Healthwise Medical are compounded prescription medications, including Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, Low Dose Naltrexone, Finasteride, Minoxidil, Spironolactone, PT-141, Tesamorelin, Semax, Selank, NAD+, and other peptide therapies. By purchasing, you acknowledge: (a) Prescription medications will only be dispensed upon a valid prescription from a licensed provider. (b) Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products but are prepared using FDA-approved ingredients by a licensed compounding pharmacy. (c) You will provide accurate and complete health information during intake. (d) You understand the risks and benefits of any prescribed medication. (e) You are responsible for following all dosing instructions.

5. No Doctor-Patient Relationship via Website

Browsing this website or adding items to your cart does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. A clinical relationship is only established after you complete a full intake form, your information is reviewed by a licensed provider, and a prescription or care plan is issued.

6. Informed Consent for Telehealth Services

By purchasing a consultation or prescription program, you consent to receiving telehealth services. You understand that telehealth involves delivery of health care services using electronic communications and may not be the same as an in-person visit. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

7. Lab Requirements

Programs labeled "Lab Required" require submission of recent laboratory results. Failure to submit required labs may result in your order being placed on hold or cancelled. For "No Labs Required" programs, the prescribing provider uses your self-reported intake information and clinical judgment to determine eligibility.

8. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of compounded prescription medications and personalized medical services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for compounded medications once a prescription has been issued and the order has been sent to the pharmacy. Refund requests must be submitted to info@healthwisemeds.com within 7 days of receipt and are considered only for documented dispensing errors or cases where the provider determines you are not a candidate before the prescription is issued.

9. Privacy and Health Information

We take the privacy of your health information seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information. We handle health information in accordance with applicable law, including HIPAA where applicable.
