What is Healthwise Medical?
Healthwise Medical is a physician-supervised wellness platform offering virtual and in-clinic programs for weight management, hormone health, peptide therapy, hair loss, and longevity. We connect you with licensed medical providers and compounding pharmacies — so you get clinical-grade care delivered conveniently to your door or at our Powder Springs, GA clinic.
How do I get started?
Click "Start Your Evaluation" from any page. You'll complete a brief 5-minute medical intake form. A licensed provider reviews your information — typically within 24 hours — and, if approved, your prescription is sent to our partner pharmacy and shipped directly to you.
Is there any obligation when I start an evaluation?
No. Your initial evaluation is free with no obligation. You only proceed and pay if you're approved and choose to move forward with a program.
Who are the providers?
All prescriptions are written and monitored by licensed physicians and nurse practitioners. Healthwise Medical works exclusively with telehealth-licensed, board-eligible providers operating within all applicable state and federal telehealth regulations.
Programs & Treatments
What programs do you offer?
We offer physician-supervised programs across four categories:
- Weight Management — GLP-1 therapies including Tirzepatide and Semaglutide (standard and microdosing protocols)
- Peptide Therapy — Recovery, longevity, cognition, and hormone-support peptides including BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, NAD+, and more
- Hair Loss — Compounded topical and oral protocols for male and female pattern hair loss
- Hormone Health — Female HRT and specialty hormone programs
Do I need lab work to get started?
It depends on the program. Many of our GLP-1 and peptide programs offer a "No Labs Required" option for eligible patients. Some programs require a recent lab upload for safety and clinical accuracy. You'll see which option applies during your intake.
How are medications sourced?
All medications are compounded and dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that meet all federal and state regulatory requirements. We do not source from overseas or unregulated suppliers.
How long until I receive my medication?
After provider approval (typically within 24 hours of your evaluation), your prescription is sent to our partner pharmacy. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping.
Memberships
What are the membership options?
We offer one virtual membership and three in-clinic membership tiers:
- Virtual Membership — $99/month: Unlocks discounted member pricing across all virtual programs. Cancel anytime.
- In-Clinic Starter — $99/month: 10% off all services, 1 wellness shot per month, GLP-1 access pricing, member-only events.
- In-Clinic Core — $199/month: 15% off all services, 2 wellness shots per month, quarterly body scan, 1 IV therapy session/month.
- In-Clinic Performance — $299/month: 20% off all services, 4 wellness shots per month, weekly body scan, 2 IV therapy sessions/month, concierge support.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do I need a membership to order?
No. All programs are available without a membership. A membership simply unlocks discounted pricing and additional benefits — making it ideal if you plan to use more than one program or visit the clinic regularly.
Shipping & Orders
Do you ship nationwide?
We serve patients in most U.S. states. Telehealth availability may vary by state due to licensing regulations. Your eligibility will be confirmed during your intake evaluation.
How is my order packaged?
All medications are packaged by licensed pharmacies in compliant, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain safety and efficacy during transit.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your prescription is fulfilled by the pharmacy, you'll receive a tracking notification via email.
Privacy & Safety
Is my information secure?
Yes. Healthwise Medical is fully HIPAA-compliant. All personal and medical information is encrypted and handled in accordance with federal health privacy laws.
Is this legal?
Yes. All prescriptions are written by licensed U.S. providers, fulfilled by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, and comply with all applicable federal and state telehealth and pharmacy regulations.
