Are you selling medication?
No. We sell program enrollments. After purchase, you complete a medical evaluation. Licensed pharmacies fulfill any prescriptions if approved.
What happens after I buy a program?
You're redirected to Qualiphy to complete a medical intake. A provider reviews your information — usually within 24 hours.
What if I'm not approved?
You receive a full refund. We never charge for programs that aren't medically appropriate.
Do I have to be a member to buy programs?
No, but the $99/month virtual membership unlocks discounted pricing across the catalog.
Why are some services in-clinic only?
IV therapy, NAD+ infusions, body scans and aesthetics require licensed clinicians and equipment, so they cannot be performed virtually.
Who ships my medication?
Licensed partner pharmacies. Healthwise never handles or ships medication.
Is my information private?
Yes. All medical intake is HIPAA-secure through Qualiphy. Healthwise stores only enrollment information.
Can I combine in-clinic and virtual?
Yes. Many of our members do — they'll come in for IV therapy or aesthetics while ordering peptides through their virtual membership.
