REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

At Healthwise Medical, we are committed to your satisfaction and health outcomes. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Prescription & Compounded Medications: Due to the personalized nature of compounded pharmaceutical products, all sales are FINAL once a prescription has been issued and compounding has begun. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on compounded medications.

 

Non-Prescription Wellness Products: Unopened and undamaged non-prescription wellness products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact support@healthwisemedsandbeauty.com.

 

Membership Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused membership time.

 

Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

 

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@healthwisemedsandbeauty.com with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
